3. Custom Artwork Orders
For custom artwork, you are responsible for providing clear reference photos, instructions, and any required details before we begin the work.
Custom artwork may involve artistic interpretation. While we aim to follow your reference images and instructions closely, the final artwork may not be an exact photographic copy.
Where applicable, we may provide a preview or proof before final delivery or shipment. If revisions are offered, they must be requested within the timeframe we provide.
Once custom work has started, cancellation may not always be possible. Custom and personalised products may have different return conditions, as explained in our Refund Policy.
