Thank you for shopping with Rovenci. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time depends on the product type.

For ready-made wall art, prints, posters, and non-custom products, orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days.

For custom artwork, personalised portraits, original paintings, or made-to-order items, production time may vary depending on the artwork style, order details, revision process, and current studio workload. Estimated production times will be shown on the product page or provided during the order process where applicable.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Custom Artwork Production

Custom artwork orders may require reference photos, customer instructions, artwork review, or approval before final production or shipment.

If we require additional information from you, production time may be delayed until the required details are received.

For custom artwork, estimated delivery time includes both:

  • artwork creation / production time; and
  • shipping / transit time.

Shipping Locations

Rovenci is based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

We may ship within Australia and to selected international destinations, depending on the product type and shipping availability.

Some products may only be available for delivery to certain countries or regions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you after your order is placed or prevent checkout where possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • product type;
  • product size;
  • packaging requirements;
  • delivery location;
  • shipping carrier;
  • domestic or international delivery.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be subject to the terms shown on our website at the time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

As a general guide:

Australia: approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.
International: approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Custom artwork and made-to-order products require additional production time before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Rovenci is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, public holidays, incorrect addresses, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at rovenciart@gmail.com with:

  • your order number;
  • photos of the damaged item;
  • photos of the packaging;
  • a brief description of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Rovenci is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid customs/import charges.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if they include different product types, sizes, custom artworks, prints, or framed items.

If your order arrives in separate shipments, you may receive separate tracking details.
